Le quartier est calme et très sécurisé par des gardiens de nuit qui veillent sur les maisons, les voitures et les commerces. Le Riad est situé à quelque minutes à pied du Grand Souk et à 8 mn en voiture de la plage.

It is the only apartment whose 17 m2 balcony is built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, fishermen, surfers. Very comfortable, decorated and maintained with care for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and 2 steps from the surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, traders, surfers from all over the world...and some tourists.

Beautiful apartment 5th and last floor Alone with elevator. Residence with caretakers, daily maintenance, secure open parking, convenience stores (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy..). 10mins from Agadir Beach and Agadir City Centre. Very bright 2 traversing terraces with outdoor lounge, table and barbecue. Ideal for families and friends! The apartment is fully equipped, typical Moroccan decoration (tadelakt). Dar Akka enjoys exceptional views of Agadir Bay. The beach is only 300m below that you can do on foot. .. This large Moorish Arabian style house, more than 300 m2 of dwelling and 200 m2 of terraces, combines comfort and warmth with the decor. Facing the sea, the 3 large terraces offer the opportunity to eat and enjoy the sun . Close to Aourir , the house is only 20 minutes from the center of Agadir. A small grocery store is 50m away to help you out.
