Located a few steps from the sea (200 meters) and from the renowned and very characteristic Borgo Marinaro,Villa Trinacria is an ancient Liberty style villa. The property has an outdoor space with a barbecue and side table. The villa is composed of: a spacious and bright living room equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed (2 beds), a flat-screen TV (55 towels) and a balcony; a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a work bedroom, a private bathroom and a kitchen. Delightful, very large (approximately 70 m2) and welcoming apartment on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Ortigia, 50 meters from the sea. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. A double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people; work corner for those who need to use a laptop. Large living room with sofa and flat TV. Ultra-fast wi-fi fiber connection. Full kitchen with coffee corner, electric kettle, oven and microwave. Possibility of bike parking.

Casa liberty, costruita nel 1910, è una dimora storica appartenuta ad una famiglia influente della città. Costruita in pieno stile liberty è stata totalmente ristrutturata nel 2022 rispettando il più possibile la sua storicità. La casa presenta tetti a volta addobbati con disegni pittorici originali restaurati, scala in pietra pece, ringhiere in ferro antico e inserti in pietra di noto che conferiscono alla dimora un elegante atmosfera di art nouveau.
