Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the hosts house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

The living room, dining room, and kitchenette are included in one open area. The bedroom is separate and includes a queen-size bed. There is a hallway leading from the living area to the full bath which includes a small closet for clothing. Here you will also find extra blankets, pillows, and linens for the queen air mattress.

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Double Branch Farm - Great Weekend Getaway!

Listing is Cleaned & Sanitized according to EPA standards! Enjoy this Cabin feel with lots of space and openness in the quiet country, just 14 miles to Kyle Field. For families to go to the Aggie Football game or stay and watch games with outside TV screen that includes a SPA HOTTUB for anyone just to relax. Also a game of horseshoe and volleyball is available too. This is your place! One stay here and you will be sure to come back. A $50 fee for the usage of the Hottub.

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Come stay in the peaceful quiet of the country. You're welcome to fish, hike, visit with the animals or just relax. You can sit out in a rocker with your cup of coffee and watch the deer walk by while the sunrises. Enjoy sunsets while the fish jump in the pond. There's a hammock to relax in on the porch or just enjoy rocking and watching the wildlife. Come play with our alpacas and enjoy the country life!
