Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet. Water, sewage, and electricity The cabin is by itself at the bottom level, towards the water - no visibility. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Very special and completed log house in Setesdal style. The house has shoreline towards Otra and spectacular views towards Reiårsfossen which is close by. Make a nice dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to bathe in the slightly cold river. Take the car up or down the Seat Valley and visit various action attractions or experience the view and silence up on the cheerleader. In the evening you can enjoy birds singing and sleep in built-in, rose-painted beds.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Bortelid stor, nyere hytte

Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
