Very nice house next to the beach.

Come to enjoy Barra do Ribeiro and get very well installed, in a cozy house, consisting of two bedrooms, living room/kitchen, two bathrooms, a championship kitchen with a barbecue and wood stove; fireplace, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, high ceiling, which makes it airy. It is 400 meters from the beach, 30 from the banks and the central boardwalk and 200 meters from the main supermarket of the city. Close to pharmacies, butchers, fruit plants. Perfect location. Garage for a car.

House with 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed 1 single bed, sofa bed in the living room and 2 single mattresses. It is equipped with an upstairs kitchen and gourmet area with barbecue area, industrial stove and duplex fridge on the bottom floor. The place is on the banks of the Jacuí River. It has a deck with a riverfront kiosk. Wonderful river for bathing and sport fishing. We have a kayak, a stand up, and a few vests. It has a speedboat ramp.

PET FRIENDLY. A lovely house where the sun says goodbye in golden tones over a stunning setting. An inviting pool surrounded by a vast lawn perfect for play. The space is a pet friendly paradise where the furry ones can have fun while the owners relax as they contemplate a spectacle of colors in the sky. Each sunset turns into a spectacle of colors, the end of the afternoon more going from the area.
