Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Built by the Burgess family, Burgess House 1892c is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

This spacious newly built home is five minutes from Armidale but feels a world away. It is nestled in bushland on a large block frequented by kangaroos and is completely private. 'Summit House' makes a great base for excursions into the four national parks in the local area, plus the city of Armidale. The house can be rented as a two-bedroom or four-bedroom stay. Visit our friendly donkeys. Bring your animals too! Outside dogs are welcome, as are horses, but check with us first.

A night at the Art Studio!

Set behind my working art studio, the original house has been lovingly renovated - a comfortable mix of the contemporary and traditional. As you would expect the space is filled with paintings, sculptures, art books and ceramics. For this reason it's not suitable for children under 15. Pop into the studio if you like! The house is walking distance to shops, eateries, etc. Secure parking for all vehicles. Pets welcome on the premises, but not inside the house.

Perfect O'Connor

Pleasant location, only a short walk to Armidale Gymnastics arena, Armidale CBD and a short drive to the University of New England. Our home is modern and spacious with 3 bedrooms and room for 2 vehicles to be parked 'off street'. Room 1 features a queen bed and ensuite. Room 2 has a queen bed and Room 3 has a single bed with a single trundle.
