Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville, one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (1 king and three twins) with a large gravel parking lot.

Cozy barn apartment

Get away from it all and relax in a cozy barn apartment surrounded by the beauty of the country. We have recently restored an over 100-year old barn and converted the old stalls into a small apartment (600 sq ft). If you want to experience the beauty of nature in a unique place, this is the place for you. We use the barn to store hay for our cattle. We have Wagyu calves in the adjacent corral. In addition to cattle, we have a pecan orchard, 2 other farm houses for rent and pine trees.
