Pleasant living in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. The work and dining area is bright and overlooking the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The train line is located in sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. Trains run from midnight onwards and nightlife is guaranteed.
