Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.

Feorag Ruadh has a wealth of character offering an authentic log cabin experience. This cosy cabin has it's own jacuzzi style hot tub. Use of the sauna is an additional £7 per night. The cabin is approximately 100m from the shore of beautiful Loch Awe. It is ideal for a romantic few days away, a short break to unwind or as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We welcome families but don't have equipment for very young children eg cot, highchair, stairgate or suitable fireguard

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
