The apartment on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed in the largest bedroom possibly for children and an open solution for kitchen/with wood-burning stove and heat pump. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment comes with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi, smartTV (no reg. channels). The garden is available by guests upon agreement. Park free v the house.

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromsøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Free parking with possibility to charge an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every 15 minutes and 45 minutes to Dyreparken. Pets welcome. Possibility of long term rental from October-April.

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child-friendly house, garden and area. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crabbing equipment, grill etc included. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Especially "townhouse" with secluded and lush small backyard. Quiet and peaceful in the middle of the city: 2 minutes to walk to the square 3 minutes walk from/to the train station 3 minutes walk from/to the bus station 3 minutes to go to Pollen. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 150cm, 1 large single bed 100 cm), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

At our idyllically located small farm, we rent out the guesthouse. Great view of Vatnebu water. Own sandy beach and the possibility of borrowing a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing. Game hall on the barn with table tennis, air hockey, darts and Fussball. A very great outdoor space. Here there is a lot to enjoy for both young and old.
