Large cottage/villa with private pool 15 minutes from Seville, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, barbecue, fireplace. Very quiet, with beautiful views of oak groves. Large porch with barbecue, and outdoor area for children and adults. Nice pool with porch for a fantastic spring/summer vacation. Very cozy and comfortable house, with air conditioning cold and heat in living room and all bedrooms, as well as fireplace in living room for autumn-winter with oak wood (included).Satellite TV. Wifi. The house has 2 floors, only the upper floor is rented, with swimming pool and gardens. The OWNER AND HIS FAMILY LIVE on the GROUND FLOOR. Magnificent 100% private pool villa between oaks

Ideal for a few days of rest and relaxation in a special and unique place. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, plus poolside toilet and laundry room with extra fridge by the pool. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and the porch is very nice. Includes recreation chill out area. Wifi and smart TV; space for a vehicle inside the plot. BBQ grill available from October through May. In summer, it is forbidden to use it for the risk of fires. Fireplace in wood-burning living room
