You’ll love staying in this bright open airy loft with mid-century modern decor in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va. This loft is huge, but is currently only set up for two guests. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area. As this loft is above a few other lofts, we’re asking that guests request approval ahead of time if they’re planning on having people over, especially late at night, and that they remove shoes in the loft. Accessible by one set of stairs.

Well maintained 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Bathroom has double sinks with shower/jacuzzi tub with jets. Smart tv in the living room with comfy seats. Enhanced cleaning. All appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee and tea. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full length covered front porch, large back deck with a private back yard. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.

One bedroom, basement apartment in well kept house. The apartment is furnished with antiques and set on the corner of a farm with good views. The apartment has a private entrance and parking just outside the door. We are a retired but active couple who live upstairs. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with coffee, tea, coffee fixings, snacks, and light breakfast items. We are 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg and 20 minutes to Appomattox.

This downtown Lynchburg warehouse used to be the Craddock Terry’s main office. This loft has the original vault in it (locked for your safety)! We kept the lofts as open as possible to maintain the integrity of the building, so there is a bedroom area but it doesn’t have wall/a door. Heron Hill 49 is a place for people who want to unplug, get away, and appreciate the quiet of country life. It’s an ideal space to relax or to work without distractions. Fiber optic internet is provided; cell service is limited. (We recommend wi-fi calling.) Guests will enjoy walking the property, following Spring Creek, and exploring the remains of an old, hand-built stone dam in the woods. Birdwatchers will find an abundance of species.
