carefully designed in the center of Izmir and 1 minute to the historical elevator, 5 minutes to the beach and tram, 15 minutes on foot to the Konak, 10 minutes to Üçyol metro, our apartment 5. It is on the floor and you need to climb the stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you:) My tea,filter coffee,turkish coffee,nescafe and water:) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies with pleasure during your time at home In addition, according to the newly released law, the credentials of the guests we need to report to the police station.

Luxury Comfortable Apartment in Karsiyaka (New Apartment)

An 1+1 apartment with a balcony in the comfort of a hotel in the new building. All items are available. ( TV, refrigerator, stove, washing machine). The bed is A quality and very comfortable. There is a stylish armchair. There is 100 MB internet. Şemikler is a 10-minute walk to Izban (Subway), a 20-minute walk to the Bostanlı coast and a 15-minute walk to the pubs. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the house. In addition, there is a local bus ( ESHOT) 50 meters away from the building, especially Alsancak and Izmir bus station.

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

It is a luxury apartment located in one of the most decent areas of Konak, two minutes walking distance from the sea and the tram stop, three stops from Konak and Fahrettin Altay, with a walking park behind it, the building and all the furniture are brand new. Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
