You can use coffee machine, you can cook your meal, you can keep your food in refrigerator and you can wash your clothes in laundry machine. You will feel like you are living in your own house.

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
