You'll enjoy our 1.75 acres of wooded back lot as it backs up to another 30 acres of nature preserve, making you feel like you have your private wooded paradise to walk through. Tranquil and quiet suburban location, surrounded by oaks and birds. An excellent place to rest and recharge. Comfortable and relaxed family home. Open kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and full size fridge. Nearby running trails and parks. No smoking of any kind inside the premises. No pets please. We have put in place extra sanitizing and cleaning protocols based on Airbnb and CDC recommendations.

Great Patio, Hot Tub, 4 Bedroom

A wide variety of entertainment awaits you. Enjoy the hot tub, pool table, poker table, outdoor tv's & patio areas. My place is close to public transportation, parks, and plenty of restaurants, bars & shopping. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, comfy bed, neighborhood, and the ambiance. We do live in the home, but when guests rent we spend the time at our cabin, so you would have the house to yourselves.

Quiet Modern Bright Home

Super comfortable, peaceful, and clean! 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You can also take the train - which is only two blocks away. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
