Two cozy houses with 8 beds

Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

Cozy cottage with access to pool area and sauna

Cozy cottage with lush fenced plot in scenic Lerbäckshult. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The cottage is newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned sqm with A/C, hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. In the cabin association you have a common part in the facility with, among other things, a pool (June-Aug) sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court . Ängelholm & Båstad is 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay winter and summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Private house with sauna on the Kulla Peninsula!

The house is located in the middle of the village, close to the sea, swimming area, pizzeria and shop. A cozy guesthouse across the road. Close also to the new Kattegat Trail, which has been named European Cycling Trail of the Year 2018. The trail for hiking runs through the village. Close to Kullaberg. The house is 40 square meters and has a private bathroom and sauna. In the room there is a sleeping alcove with two beds and a sofa that acts as a double bed. Pentry is also available for cooking. Access to private patio with barbecue.

Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Kullabygdens.

A classic Swedish cabin with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, WIFI, washing machine, bathroom and full kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer etc.. A small wood-burning stove is available and open plan with a separate small bedroom. The surroundings are amazing with 25 meters to Vege river and brew breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as fishing. Dogs are welcome but then there is a small cleaning fee of 200€ which is resolved on site. Walking distance to Sandön and its shallow beaches A wonderful summer home completely.

Here one is spacious bedroom with double bed, as well as the possibility and space for two extra beds in the living room. Cabin of 35 sqm, renovated kitchen in 2020 and new bathroom in 2021. One bedroom with 3 beds, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, in open plan with kitchen. TV and fireplace. Exit to the terrace facing west with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop in the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and covers) as well as towels are included themselves.

The Swedish summer dream! Cozy cottage with large garden and stunning views of the forest and horse pasture. The path from the plot leads to the lake with bathing jetties, beach, playground, outdoor gym, fishing, etc. Enjoy sunset dinners with just birdsong in the background, rest in any of the hammocks, have a drink in the lounge, challenge yourself in the cable car and ninja or just take a nice walk in nature. Peaceful cottage in Lerbäckshult near Västersjön

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis where you live with nature into the corner. Stugan is cozy and simple and invites you to a moment by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Further hiking trails can be found at Djurholmens Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by you yourself or there is a fee of SEK 800. Please bring your own linens and bath towels. Welcome to the Johansson Family!

Beachfront Cottage

Beachfront Tiny House with nature on your doorstep and the sea in sight. It has room for two adults and two children. A double bed with a window section facing the garden that has a cozy crawl-in coat for the kids on top. Cooking inside and outside. Private toilet & shower, Smart TV and free parking. The sea is just on the other side of the meadow with a swimming area about 200 meters walk. Dogs are welcome but please let me know when booking.

Cottage near Hallandsåsen, overlooking the forest. The house is accessed via a set of steps over a rolling stone ridge from the parking lot. Cozy house for people who prefer a quiet lovely unique house close to the forest and countryside. Only 10 minutes walking distance to Sjö. Incineration toilet in the house, shower in the basement. Lovely patio for barbecue or outdoor cooking. Fully functional house all year round.
