En verano disfrutá de la piscina con la vista de la ciudad al atardecer, son un plus El departamento se encuentra equipado con 2 camas individuales o bien 1 cama matrimonial tamaño queen. Le agradeceré me indique su preferencia a la hora de efectuar su reserva. También tiene cocina y baño totalmente equipado. Cuenta con A/C ( frío o calor), Caja de Seguridad, SMART TV 32" con NETFLIX, WiFi 12 Megas, balcón privado, entre otros El diseño fue pensando por mi, utilizando materiales cálidos y nobles como las maderas. Tengo varios ejemplares de revistas de turismo nacional e internacional como así también, libros de diferentes géneros pensado para lograr un espacio de lectura y relajación. La piscina y el solarium están disponibles para el uso de los huéspedes. La temporada de piscina es desde el mes de Diciembre al mes de Marzo inclusive. Se encuentra ubicada en el piso 10 del edificio y es de libre acceso a los huéspedes Estaré disponible para contestar cualquier duda que surga durante su estadía. Palermo Soho surge a partir de un auge inmobiliario en la zona en la cual diseñadores de moda, artistas, galerías y restaurantes de estilo deciden establecerse reformando antiguas casonas, convirtiendo la zona en un circuito de moda, arte y buen comer. Se denomina Soho evocando la mítica zona de Nueva York SoHo. Cuenta con ferias artesanales situadas en Plaza Armenia y Plaza Serrano (también llamada Plaza Cortazar). Ideal para visitarlas los fines de semana y feriados. Horario 10 am a 20 pm. En la Plaza Armenia hay un puesto para alquilar bicicletas y también está la parada del Bus Turístico, donde se puede disfrutar de recorridos por la ciudad. Ambas plazas se encuentran rodeadas por bares, restaurantes, confiterías, tiendas de ropa, diseño y decoración. Existe mucha vida nocturna alrededor de ellas. A media cuadra de mi casa se encuentra la parrilla "Don Julio" una de las mejores y más conocidas de la ciudad. Usted podrá disfrutar de una surtida variedad de los mejores vinos argentinos y deliciosas carnes servidas al mejor nivel. Plaza Italia : Centro de transporte urbano. Se encuentra a 6 cuadras . Tiene línea de metro "D" y transporte de colectivos. Avenida Santa Fe: Se encuentra a 4 cuadras. Tiene transporte de colectivos. Avenida Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz: Avenida de gran movimiento urbano. Se encuentra a 2 cuadras. Tiene transporte de colectivos. Estación Palermo: Ferrocarril San Martin. Se encuentra a 12 cuadras. Estacionamiento de autos: Se encuentra a media cuadra. Embajada de EEUU: Se encuentra a 20 cuadras de distancia. La tarifa incluye desayuno seco. Consiste en café, leche, té, cereales, cacao, miel, azúcar, edulcorante y "Mate" (bebida tradicional argentina). El desayuno es auto-servicio. Espacio guarda ropa y guarda equipaje: El departamento cuenta con un pequeño placar con perchas para colgar ropa y con un espacio para guardar un equipaje de tamaño mediano a grande. También hay 6 cajones en los dos laterales de la cama. Smart TV 32” con NETFLIX Wifi velocidad 12 Megas Lavadero de ropa: A media cuadra del departamento hay un lavadero de ropa a costo. Supermercado: A una cuadra del departamento hay un supermercado. Gimnasio: A solo 50 metros del departamento se encuentra "Always Gym" un gimnasio de primer nivel que ofrece pase diario a costo.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

The studio is great! Comfortable, quiet, glamorous and above all cozy and bright. are 45m2 which include a terrace and a garden on the access. I will be available for any information or assistance that may be necessary during your stay. Recommendations for walks, restaurants, (my favorite EL BACO, French restaurant in Providence, Italian and Creole restaurants)... all the attractions of the city It is located in a residential area near promenades, Cerro San Cristobal, the Sculpture Park, and excellent restaurants, museums, bars and theaters. Providence is ideal for trekking or cycling. Just 10 minutes from the subway. If you are coming from the Airport, I recommend taking an OFFICIAL TAXI to the address. METER 0386 Providencia Barrio Pedro de Valdivia Norte In normal traffic hours, it's a 15-minute drive Calle Lo Contador, is located behind the Sheraton Hotel, a very high building and to the eye... another reference to locate the street, it is INDISA clinic, it is INDISA CLINIC, very visible from all sides. The street is the one behind these two buildings. If they have a vehicle, we have a station. Public transportation is a 10-minute walk to the subway or bus. Next to the Indisa Clinic, for any emergency. There is a great mini market, SUPERMARKET TEN, in the Plaza de Padre Letelier, 10 minutes walk, fresh fruit and vegetables, Clementina, place to buy prepared food, Bottle shop complete with the best prices and the best Chilean wines... a very nice and residential neighborhood to walk.... Cerro San Cristobal, steps from the apartment... walking along the funicular of San Cristobal is a delight...

NEW building! steps from Parque Lezama, Puerto Madero and the historic center of the city. It has an X-Queen double bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds and a sofa with the possibility of accommodating a child. We have a crib for baby in case you request it. The apartment fully furnished with WiFi and Cable, to enjoy a beautiful stay in the city! The building has sector grills on the terrace, beautiful outdoor pool and laundry. Privileged neighborhood, with very close access to means of transport. The picturesque Boulevard Caseros is a site of great historical value and the new gastronomic pole of San Telmo. The neighborhood offers period architecture, several restaurants, breweries, antique dealers, museums. Lezama Park is a few meters from the apartment. A few minutes from Puerto Madero. excellent location with service of several bus lines, 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station and Constitution subway, 4 blocks from Avda 9 de Julio and a few blocks from Puerto Madero. You can walk quietly to any of these points.

Casa Arcoiris III beautiful view in historic downtown.

Our apartment has a privileged view over the whole of Cusco. Located on the side of the same hill as the site of the Saqsayhuman archaeological complex, just three blocks away from Plaza de Armas. You can visit the entire historic center on foot. Keep in mind that the walk back home is uphill and can be somewhat demanding. Quiet, with a spectacular view and all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay.
