Gooding Lake has a sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayakes are free to use. This home is located on a 2.5 acre lot in Anchorage countryside, in a quiet neighborhood with trees for privacy. Amazing views of mountains and volcanoes. Hiking and skiing trails on site access 40 acres and Rabbit Creek greenbelt. Wildlife is often seen in our yard. Chugach State Park and Golfing are a 10-min drive. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties.

The Water Gypsea

Come enjoy a little piece of alaska paradise. It’s like camping in stile . No running .water. There are two paddle boards for you. We have caught fish right off the dock. No jet skis or motorized toys. Neighbors are allowed to use them Sun, mon, and tues.Just so you’re aware. I have a couple dogs very friendly but they do bark. There is some road noise but hardly any at night very peaceful. Quiet hrs are from 10-6 you can still enjoy the lake just be mindful of neighbors. Hope you have fun!

We DO NOT charge extra for cleaning,dogs, people or taxes.we like to know if kids/dogs. The space is over a garage (500 sq ft) Studio style,open cheery place. Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.
