It is located in downtown Jax Beach and you will love the enjoyable stroll to Oceanside parks, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. With 2 master suites as well as a sofa bed in the living room the condo is the perfect space for an entire family or two couples to enjoy. Fall Break Retreat on Amelia Island!

2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. There's a nice large deck to relax & listen to the water fountain in the adjacent pond. The condo is furnished with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, chairs, cooler, pool toys, etc.
