New, in a prime location! Spacious, comfortable, sunny and quiet apartment in Nes on Ameland for max. 5 people, with phenomenal views of the dunes and the most beautiful skies (like a painting). The apartment is only 300 meters walking distance from the forest, the most beautiful beach and the nicest beach tent in the Netherlands (beach tent Sjoerd). You can regularly see deer and pheasants walking in the dunes from the apartment and on the nearby beach you can enjoy a beautiful sunset daily.

Modern apartment 300m from the beach

The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Comfortable gas-free apartment on the 2nd floor of the new building, accessible via stairwell. Close to the harbor and center of the village. From your Leolux sofa enjoy Netflix on the smart TV, cup of Nespresso. The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, the bathroom a lovely rain shower. Separate toilet, bedroom with large Auping double bed, 1.80 x2.10 m, to sleep in after a busy day at our beautiful island. Rental price includes beds + Airbnb mediation costs.
