Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

Bright 3 bedroom apartment on Amager, close to metro

Nice newly-renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with great light. Close to COPENHAGEN city center and close to the metro. The apartment appears in bright colors and has been completely renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with three-room beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with oven, hot plates and fridge - very well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table , as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are located at the end of the entrance, which gathers the entire apartment located on the ground floor.

Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the Amager Beach (no. 54 on the wolds best beaches I 2024, see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street for 3 days (need apply).

Cosy & spacious apartment in charming old building

This 119 sq. m, fifth floor apartment consist of a large kitchen-dining area, a living room and two nice bedrooms. The bathroom is separated from the toilet and has a bathtub (nice, right?) The building is from 1918 and has no elevator. It is very near (300m) to Amagerbro metro which takes you to the city centre in 5 min and the airport in 10min. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, yet Amagerbrogade and it's shopping, restaurants and cafés are only a (long) stone throw away.

Warm, modern and renovated apartment with 2 separate toilets and central location! The apartment is equipped with quality furniture, including the double sized bed. The apartment was renovated in 2023. Some equipment mentioned is dryer, washer, hair dryer, 60” tv, air fryer, nespresso machine etc. 200 meters to the nearest supermarket. 700 meters to the metro that will take you to central Copenhagen in 2 stops. 600 meter to the nearest shopping mall.

3 room apartment - near beach and city center

This apartment is 8 min from city center and 5 min from the beautiful Amager beach - metro "Lergravsparken" is just in front of the apartment with busses as well - the airport is 10 min away with the metro going straight here. The apartment content 2 bedrooms, the small one with a 120x200 bed and the big one with 160x200 bed - and a nice livingroom to use and you will have the place for yourself. The apartment is on the second floor.

Charming apartment on Amagerbro with access to cozy courtyard! The apartment is located in a lovely area and has a central location with 3 kilometers to Kongens Nytorv, 2 kilometers to Amager Strandpark and 300 meters to the nearest metro station (Amagerbro St). There are a lot of lovely eateries in the area and we are happy to make a lot of recommendations. Easy transport to and from Kastrup Airport - only 20 minutes by metro.
