Enjoy peace and quiet in the chalet from the original Austrian highland district. You can use the natural pool, children's cable car, trampoline and play castle on your own responsibility. For a fee, there is an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We offer them a few days of rest . The largest thermal spa in the world the Therme Erding is only 25 minutes away from us. You can reach Munich Airport in 20 minutes via the direct highway. An Edeka market offers everything for everyday life in five minutes on foot. Near there is also a beautiful swimming lake.
