Very close to Almeria airport. 50 meters away there is a restaurant, cafeteria, pizzeria, tapas bars, etc. A few meters away there is a minimarket. The house is situated near the promenade, from where it is especially nice to see the sunrise and sunset in the afternoon.

Nice comfortable studio by seaside and city centre

50m2 studio, terrace included. Independent stay. Bedroom with double bed, big wardobe, sofa, office (fridge, microwave, coffe and toaster)and full equipped bathroom. No facilities for fire cooking inside, but outer BBQ for cooking. Perfect for 2 people. Quiet centric well connected area with all services, many tipical bars and restaurants at hand. Pleased to provide info about it. Seafront: 3 minutes walk / City/historical centre : 10 minutes walk.
