Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Short drive to downtown holland. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
