Chalet of 42 m² very peaceful located in the middle of the mountains ideal for relaxation. Annecy North toll 15 minutes away. You enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walks and mountain biking on site. Playground, city stadium 1 km (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction kitchen, dishwasher ... Garden and shelters, garden and shelters, tables, tables, chairs, deckchair. We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Beautiful 2 room apartment, 5 minutes from the lake / 10 minutes from Annecy city center by car for up to 3 people (2 + 1 child) in a beautiful villa, independent entrance, large terrace with mountain view and small lake view, free parking, bicycles available for free. There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.

Take some time to read through the entire listing before you book:) Our small cottage facing south is ideally located in a quiet location between lake and mountain and close to all amenities. The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the ski resorts of Aravis (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains ! My house is ideally located for the practice of water and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxation and admiration of the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
