Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Clean and safe LAPA48 is located in one of Lisbon's most stylish and smart neighborhoods, Janelas Verdes. This 18th Century apartment has been fully renovated with much care to detail and modern comforts. It overlooks a magnificent square and the Museum of Ancient Art. LAPA48 is a one bedroom apartment, large bathroom and open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with unique views of the river. Theres a great American "Crate & Barrel" Sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 (queen size). We provide a range of bathroom amenities so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of liquids and that way you have much more space for souvenirs! We also provide magazine and books in case you fancy chilling out with a nice glass of wine and some funky music. The apartment also has a study corner with a computer. We are also BABY friendly. This means we everything a traveling mummy and daddy need. LAPA48 is walking distance from many interesting and typical restaurants. Easy access to all forms of transportation including typical Lisbon tram. The best way to discover Lisbon is by foot and LAPA48 is the perfect place to start from. Located close to the river and a 20 minute walk into Bairro Alto and Chiado you will discover the charm, warmth and uniqueness that the city of Lisbon has to offer. What makes LAPA48 unique is thats its been created to make you have the best experience possible. All the advice we give you as far as restaurants and where to go is solely based on our personal experience of the city. Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We have Washing powder and all sorts of things so no need to go out and buy things. All you need to do is concentrate on having a nice holiday and good time. There is also plenty of street parking. It costs 80 cents per hour from 09:00-18:00. Free on weekends and holidays. We are always available to welcome the guests and also to give them advice and support while they are here. Set in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and bars. Pay a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries that pervade the area. Great bakery downstairs thats a must. There is a tram stop 3 minutes from the house and a bus stop on the square. It's walking distance to town and there is a wonderful garden in the museum. LX Factory is a short walk from the apartment and for those who like to run or ride bikes theres a great track by the river. The amazing French bakery downstairs and the very trendy arty neighbourhood. Good local restaurants with authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Dear guest, if you have a baby and would like to have baby bed, high-chair and other baby items This is a cozy and bright apartment located in a traditional Lisbon building of the XVIII century that was completely rebuilt! Located in the typical and famous area of Rossio in downtown, this charming the lighting apartment offers you all comfort being in the historical and most central area of Lisbon. From there you will experience the well known and amazing Lisbon Light. The apartment couldn't be better located, from there you can visit , at walking distance, the most interesting points in Lisbon like St.º Jorge Castle, Sé Cathedral , Alfama, Chiado, Feira da Ladra, Downtown or the Lisbon River Side. You're also a few steps from the most famous view point of Lisbon "Miradouro Portas do Sol". Set in the neighborhood of Rossio, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from some of Lisbon’s trendiest restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife hubs. Historic sites and museums are peppered throughout the area, including the Design and Fashion Museum. The closest metro station is "Terreiro do Paço" and is at 4 minutes walking from the apartment. If you prefer, also Uber is a very comfortable and cheap option to get the apartment from the airport!

About the house: it's a brand new apartment in total renovate building (re build in April 2016) with lift, in the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in April 2016. It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel and toilet paper. There's an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. Air conditioned are available for hotter days. You'll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺ You can find also tourist information in the apartment…but we will share some already with you. Enjoy it! You will be in Alfama! Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cosy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the ground floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, kayaks and stand up paddling rental and a fish sale directly to Fang. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.
