Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. Light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, facing the rising sun.The natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of the village and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 min from town, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 min to Granada and Alhambra, 30 min to coast and 30 min to Sierra Nevada. 10 min to Nevada Mall AND PTS.

Hjärtligt välkomna till Casa Catrin vid San Cristobal stranden. Smakfullt renoverad lägenhet med det "lilla extra" som har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska. Här råder det ingen tvivel om att ni kommer trivas, med endast 50 meter till San Cristobal stranden, promenad avstånd till gamla stan är det svårt att hitta en lägenhet med ett bättre läge.
