Despite being a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car under the gate and it is easy to find car, both for a fee and free. The accommodation is on a single level, on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, renovated and consolidated in 2015. It has a magnificent view overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
