On street parking available, 20 minutes walk from Union Square train station and 25 minutes to city centre, 10 minutes walk to greyhope bay and cafe which can be a good dolphin watching spot; 30 minutes walk to Aberdeen beach. Towels and bedding provided. Breakfast (cereal/ porridge) and tea/ coffee included on a self serve basis. Please make yourself at home when your here, help yourself to a book and relax in front of the fire.

Family run 3 star rating B&B in peaceful location in Royal Deeside, convenient for the many Castles, Distilleries and walks that are within an hours drive or less. Craigievar Castle is only two miles away. Local pub only a ten minute drive which serves meals. The flat is on a very quiet street with a garden at the back. It is warm and comfortable with traditional furnishings. Guests have a choice of sleeping in a bedroom or on a sofa bed in the living room where there is a television and open fire if required. Breakfast can be had in the dining room which looks on to the garden at the back. This room is very popular.
