close to the velodrome stadium 15 minutes(direct access bus line 22)to the beaches of the Pointe Rouge , the Borely stopover, and 500 m from the trails to reach the Calanques National Park. close to the boat bus to reach the old port and the estaque(5th rate from April to October). very nice and quiet neighborhood.
