Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. The 62 sqm apartment has a separate entrance on the garden side of the house. It consists of a double bedroom, a cozy living-dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy sitting area and a desk. Via the entrance hallway, you can access a Mediterranean-style bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. In front of the apartment is a covered outdoor seating area overlooking the garden. Here they can enjoy the fresh air or smoke a cigarette, which is not desired in the apartment. Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, radio with iPod, Wi-Fi and a safe are provided. If necessary, another room with an area of 23 square meters can be used additionally. It is equipped with a 2 m wide pull-out sofa bed, wardrobe, table and wall TV and can be accessed via the bathroom of the apartment. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area in Bad Vilbel. The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is about 8-10 minutes' walk away and take the S6 to the center of Frankfurt in about 20 minutes or to the trade fair. By car, you can reach Frankfurt via the B3 in 15-20 minutes.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video door intercom. Due to its central location, all shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The train station is 3 minutes away by foot.

We rent a newly furnished 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in downtown Waechtersbach. Behind the house everything is green The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The Wächtersbach train station is about 500 m away. Every half hour there is a train going to Frankfurt. The journey time is about 45 minutes. All shopping facilities can be reached on site and on foot. The long-distance bike path R3 can be reached in 3 minutes.
