Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. The house has a lovely living room with a loft for kip. Large wooden terrace around the house that allows to enjoy the view of the bay or in over the bridge land. The cottage area is located on Broager land in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful walks along the gendarme path and castle and forest in Gråsten.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)
