Highly located cottage on the slope plot with a large terrace with a view and swimming opportunity in Lake Mälaren just outside the plot. Power areas both on the island and on the mainland where we have hiking trails such as Rösaring. Around the island there is a 4.6 km landscaped path along the water. On the way is a dock bath, wood-fired sauna, outdoor gym, children's bath with beach, cliff bath and beautiful surroundings. SL bus 556 stops at our entrance bridge, 150 m from the plot. Space for two cars on the grounds. Willys, Dollarstore, etc., is 6km away.

Very bright and well equipped Open floor plan between kitchen and room.C:a 200 meters to Lake Mälaren and swimming possibilities. Quiet and peaceful and opportunities for wonderful forest walks. You should have a car,as it is 2 km to the closest bus stop. 10 minutes to nice Sigtuna with restaurants and the possibility of grocery shopping, etc. Perfect to live in between Stockholm and Uppsala and of course with proximity to Arlanda. I myself live in a house next door,but with privacy through a high plank. The cottage is 48 m2

Relax with the whole family close to nature by car, bike or by bus, you can easily get to nice Sigtuna. By commuter train about 25 minutes you can reach both Stockholm and Uppsala. In 15 minutes you will come to Arlanda. In the nearby area there is plenty of nature reserve and sights, we have 5 castles to visit, golf courses, mini golf, swimming in the mälaren and good food served a little everywhere. Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Charmig stuga mitt i naturen!

A charming log house on a large nature plot surrounded by the forest full of raspberry bushes and blueberries. If you want to pick mushrooms, there is an entire forest to pick in Upplandsleden right by the corner. To the beach it takes 15 minutes to walk or 5 minutes by car to the famous Cairobadet. Here you can enjoy the quiet while living near E4. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Stockholm Central by car and Arlanda is about 15 minutes away.
