It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

You will have your own private entry, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and living area with 65" 4K TV w/Surround sound speakers and reclining sofa. Like a apartment.
