It is in the village of Fulking, six miles inland from the coast and Brighton in a stunning setting by the South Downs National Park. It has four and half acres of maintained gardens. The house is located in Hangleton and close to excellent local transportation links: a frequent 24 hour bus service to Hove & Brighton is less than a minute's walk away and it's a 20 minute walk to the local railway stations (Portslade and Aldrington). The house is a ten minute drive to Hove seafront and a five minute drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

The property sits up a little twitten (footpath) and is utterly charming, retaining a lot of period features including a stunning inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove in the sitting room. It's perfectly placed within the South Downs with Brighton & Hove just 20 mins drive and numerous country walks on the doorstop. Henfield High Street is a 5-8 min walk and has a wealth of amenities to choose from. Please note this is a quiet residential area and not suited to loud parties.

Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.
