Welcome to our 1 bedroom self contained studio. The studio is conjoined to our new house, with your own private entry. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living. Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

NO CLEANING FEE Your cottage is 2 min flat walk to the beach, Cottage is hidden away in a lovely private garden with deck and electric BBQ .Short walk to Tennis courts, General store. South Bruny National Park has some of Australia's highest sea cliffs and one of the oldest lighthouses. Very close to Fluted Cape and penguin island walks. Internet is complimentary. As with all internet ,it can be intermittent at times.
