You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Very warm and comfortable over a cold winter. Cooling fan, ranch sliders and open patio for the summer. Convenient, 3 room accommodation. Easy walking distance to city, sport venues, and river walks. Close to Avis and Budget depot and transport for local and Intercity travel. You have your own bathroom, lounge and bedroom on lower level. Quiet, clean, comfortable. LGBTQI friendly. Hobbiton - a 5 minute drive. Private. Enjoyed by honeymooners and guests wishing they had stayed longer. Ideal location to do big three- Hobbiton, Waitomo, Rotorua. Fully self contained- superior king and single beds, fridge, T.V. hotplates, electric frying pan, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic kitchen equipment. Continental breakfast included. Perfect for exploring the area or a work trip - it is close to Claudelands, the city centre, Wintec, and Waikato Stadium - it's an easy day trip to Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves. The University and Waikato Hospital are a 10-minute drive. The house is secure and warm with great linen and amenities. Modern studio guesthouse with en suite bathroom and shower. Located in Hayes Paddock, Hamilton East along the Waikato river. The studio is behind our family home. We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Minutes by car to the gardens, hospital and city centre or walk along the river one way to the garden or the other to the CBD. A great base to explore Hamilton or the wider Waikato region!

Our attached stand alone unit has a modern design and it's warm and snug in winter and cool and bright in summer. Designed for couples. As AirBnB users ourselves, we demand high standards. Quiet Courtyard Oasis - walk to city centre

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross and City Centre. Five minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
