beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

It is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via the main entrance and a narrow wooden staircase. The living room is open to the lower hallway. The very small, but very rustic and cozy holiday house Paula has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping floor, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut building, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed change in the season, basically 3 p.m. Check-in time, 10 a.m. Check-out time, of course, it is also more relaxed by appointment! No pets, there are extra costs for bedding and electricity (in winter).
