One mile from Route 26! Charming apartment with private locked entrance and separate driveway attached to historic 1880s farmhouse in the foothills of Western Maine. My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
