Bright large house with garden in Royan

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer you this pretty house on the ground floor of 110m2, totally tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful wooded garden of 400 m2 not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. We felt good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen crossing, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including a separate one. This is the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful town of Royan.

Ideally located in a quiet residential area (not suitable for noisy evenings). All on foot: "Grande Conche beach", port, town center, central market, train station (9 mins). Parking possible for a small car in the courtyard, beautiful shaded terrace, deckchairs, awning, summer kitchen, barbecue, bicycle storage. Ideal for family or couples !
