Land idyll overlooking the city and sea. Child-friendly

Land idyll and swimming lake on the outskirts of Rønne. 200 m2 renovated farmhouse on large plot with trampoline, cable car, sandbox, swings etc. Wooden terrace of 80 m2 overlooking Rønne and the Baltic Sea, as well as large gas grill and partly covered. Large kitchen/living room with kitchen island, dining area for 10, sofa, TV system and playstation. Right outside the door is a trail system that surrounds Rønne with good walking and running routes and fine mountain bike tracks. The house is located right by Lake Porcelæns, where you can fish, sail and swim.

Cozy architect-designed wooden house by the sea

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Luxurious cottage with the most beautiful sea view

With this renovated and charming summerhouse, you get one of Bornholm's finest sea and forest views. You live with your own exit to the forest and overlooking the most beautiful sunset over the sea. You can also see Hammershus and Hammerknuden. The wood decks around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, the water, the forest and the hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Large charming villa close to forest and beach.

Plenty of space inside and out, you have the forest just outside the door and 700m to the sea. The stream runs in the back garden, which is overgrown with fruit trees and shrubs, and here you have the finest view of open fields. Sorthat is the epitome of peace and idyll. The house is old, quirky and charming. The stairs are a little steep and the 1st floor is amazing. The area invites long hiking and running, beach baths, picnics, sunset, and vacation. It has great mountain biking routes and lots of Bornholm's wonderful magic.

Wonderful modern swedish house with charm

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House is newly renovated on all 3 floors, respecting the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to the cinema, cafes, shopping, etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the home offers a lovely courtyard, covered terrace as well as orangery.

Experience the beautiful island of Bornholm in a lovely house in Rønne, right by the sea, where there are stone stairs where you can swim and SUP board (Borrow our SUP boards). Enjoy the large garden with sunsets trampoline and terrace. The house is a 10 minute walk from a sand beach, forrest, shops and busses. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 toilets a shower, large living room and kitchen with ocean views. The cellar has its own entrance outside, 2 small rooms small shower, Usable but not luxury

Havhusets gæsteafdeling på 84 m2, er beliggende 100 meter fra kystlinjen. Nordøst for huset går der en gangsti til Allinge, hvor en vandretur byder på smukke klipper og sandstrande. Fra køkkenvindue og badeværelsesvindue er der hav-kig. I 2023 blev der bygget feriehuse på grunden foran mit hus. Så nu er udsigten klods på klods. Central beliggenhed med blot 400 m. til Tejn havn hvor daglig-brugsen, Penyllan Brewery og Smedjen- Streetfood, ligger. Ovenfor på Nordre Strandvej findes Brødre Bageri.

Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

Large single-family house in Rønne, Bornholm

Children friendly detached house. Fenced gardens with play facilities, large south/west facing terrace and indoors we have both a fireplace room decorated as a play arena as well as a playroom. In addition, we have high chairs and baby travel crib. In the bedroom is a large sleeping bed of 2x3 meters. We have a sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, umbrellas and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with closed doors.

LOVELY VILLA LOCATED IN RØNNE!

Large spacious 1-story house, suitable for families. Cozy garden with large terrace and barbecue to eat the food outdoors. There is a trampoline, playhouse and much more to entertain the kids in the garden. You live centrally in relation to getting around the whole island, by bus or in your own car. About 2 km to Rønne city centre and 2.5 km to the nearest sandy beach. Kaolin lake is 1 km away, it is a lovely lake to walk/run around, or take a swim in.
