Land idyll and swimming lake on the outskirts of Rønne. 200 m2 renovated farmhouse on large plot with trampoline, cable car, sandbox, swings etc. Wooden terrace of 80 m2 overlooking Rønne and the Baltic Sea, as well as large gas grill and partly covered. Large kitchen/living room with kitchen island, dining area for 10, sofa, TV system and playstation. Right outside the door is a trail system that surrounds Rønne with good walking and running routes and fine mountain bike tracks. The house is located right by Lake Porcelæns, where you can fish, sail and swim.

The brewhouse of 80 sqm is originally the farm's fireplace for cooking, etc. It is today a unique home for 2 people and consists of an entrance hall with the old baking oven and access to a new toilet and shower as well as the home with dining and sleeping area. There is ample space for 2 people. It has high ceilings with lovely beamed ceilings and sandstone floors from the quarry with inlaid underfloor heating. Outside, there are lovely sitting cable sheep in the beautiful cobbled courtyard with a barbecue grill and direct access to the parks.

We are happy to provide you with our lovely home when we are not in the house. Therefore, it is important for us that you receive the house cleaned and cleaned, as we also expect to come back to it when you leave again. Right on the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 meters from the beach and with open expanses in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location allows you to enjoy nice nature experiences, good hiking, running and mountain biking trails and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences Bornholm offers. The house is simply furnished and well-functioning and has all the basics for a great holiday. Centrally located with 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle. There are bus connections close by and free parking.

This unique home has its very own style. The Swedish House is newly renovated on all 3 floors, respecting the unique history of the house. You live centrally in Bornholm's largest city, where there is walking distance to the cinema, cafes, shopping, etc. At the same time, there is walking distance to the forest and beach. It's easy to get around the island whether you have a car or you're on public transportation. If you want to stay at home, the home offers a lovely courtyard, covered terrace as well as orangery.
