Spacious living area with quirky clawfoot bath couch and vintage telescope sat in floor to ceiling bay window, perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine enjoying nautical views, freesat TV, Bose bluetooth speaker system. High speed wifi, Apple TV with Netflix subscription. King size bedroom with direct sea views via double doors to living area. Small but perfectly formed, fully equipped kitchen situated off living space with large sea facing window. Impressive spacious wet room room situated off the main corridor and main bedroom. The perfect romantic retreat! Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lots to offer. Lovely small boutiques and independant shops. Great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks / cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond as far as you wish to wonder. Stroll on the pier with its arts and crafts stalls at weekends, old fashion amusement arcades, a fab old time bingo hall, original bandstand with lots of events in summer. The perfect spot for a romantic break. Historic Canterbury (7 miles) and the charming town of Whitstable (4 miles) is a short drive or bus journey away. There is a cycle path on the seafront that will take you to Whitstable one direction and Margate, Broadstairs and beyond the other. On booking will send you a full guide on the area, great places to eat, drink and places to visit. I'm an Airbnb Superhost and passionate that all guests have a great stay. Please see my ratings. Communal front lawn and terrace, perfect for BBQs and sundowners. I will normally be there to meet and greet guests on arrival. If not I will send key collection details the morning of your booking. My housekeeper lives close by and is on hand if needed during stay. Herne Bay is a charming quintessentially British seaside town with lovely, quirky, and independent shops, as well as great restaurants and cafe's, coastal walks and cycle paths to Whitstable & Reculver Towers and beyond—a perfect place to wander. I will send you a comprehensive list with some amazing places to eat drink, walks to enjoy and places to visit. Local busses to Canterbury and Whitstable. Herne Bay station is a 10/15 min walk or £3 taxi ride from the apartment. The station serves all of the Kent coast, Whitstable - 7 mins - Margate - 15 mins - Broadstairs and its sandy beaches - 20 mins. London Victoria and London St Pancras International easily reached in 1 hour and 20 mins approx. Note: A minimum 2 night stay applies all year round.

Coldharbour Barn Starboard is one of a pair of similar appartments . Both have their own totally separate accomodation and private patio area. They are set in beautiful Kent countryside down a farm lane, but still within a short 0.5 mile walk of the historic town of Tenterden. Each property has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan sitting and eating area. The properties are both new conversions and are built to modern building safety regulations. Chapel Down vineyard is a 5-10 minute drive

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in an old Victorian schoolhouse with beautiful large bright rooms and fully fitted kitchen. Close to the seafront with safe, stony beach that is perfect for sunning or swimming. Whitstable harbour is only a short walk along the seafront or there is an easy bus ride to historic Canterbury with a bus stop along the road. Whitstable is a beautiful town with lots of independent shops/cafes. Fantastic for art and creativity, I am a potter myself.

High end full refurbishment has just taken place. Stylish, spacious and family friendly 2 storey apartment. Situated on a quiet residential road, just one sleepy clerical business below the apartment. We do have steep steps between floors and low ceilings on the top floor, any concerns please message. My husband is 6ft and he is ok! Walking distance to train station and town centre, then just 20 minutes into London. Bus stop straight outside to Bluewater and Ebbsfleet International Station.

A charming basement room which is entirely self contained with it’s own entrance. Enjoy the tasteful kitchen facilities alongside the newly fitted en-suite bathroom. The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

The Bothy has been uniquely designed to give you a welcoming , comfortable stay. Just five minutes walk from the centre of the village of Forest Row with its wonderful collection of coffee shops, pubs , gift shops, restaurants and takeaways . A grade II listed apartment in the centre of Rye. The property is situated at the bottom of famous cobbled Mermaid Street through a courtyard entrance on The Mint. It is a short walk to local pubs, restaurants and fish and chip shops with beaches within a 10 minute drive. The property features a quirky steep winded staircase and is set on 3 floors! These are also super steep so please be careful with children. A 10 minute walk from Rye station.
