Kept brand new! Two bedrooms apartment equipped with air conditioning in both rooms and in the living room, a pull out couch, a spacious bathroom, and a full kitchen. Nice layout and modern design. Has back and front balcony with a nice view. BBQ at the back balcony! Really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the city center. At least 10 beaches within 5-15 minutes away. The apartement has a shared pool at the rooftop with stunning views. Only used by regitered guests.

Located right in front of PLAYA LOS MINOS, a few steps from the GRI GRI LAGOON and close to the OTHER BEACHES and RESTAURANTS in the area.
