Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

The site trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and is now located on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and blackberry bushes, right on the Elbe dyke. On the property: an economic kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the site trailer.

Around the house are 10 wedding lynches. In November, when the lime trees are cut back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady leaves, and so stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
