A stone hut covered in ivy with a large fireplace that warms the cottage in cooler evenings. A total of 80 m2, a living room downstairs with a sofa bed, a large bedroom upstairs (sleeps 4) and a bedroom downstairs for 2 people . Rooftop patio with wooden table and benches. There are sun loungers and a BBQ grill and a retro trailer in the garden. 300 m2 garden, two lakes and beautiful areas of the Zielonka Forest, 150 meters to the lake with a jetty, a short walk to the beach. Quiet hours are after 10pm. No parties.

Fabulous apartment in park avenue

The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet street, overlooking Lukasiewic Park, right next to the banks of the river Warta. On the ground floor of the townhouse is the "Plan" restaurant, where you can eat breakfast and have a delicious coffee. 60m away in the patisserie of Bezova, you can enjoy 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can walk to the main attractions of the town, such as the Old Market (15min), the Tumsky Islands with the cathedral (20min), the Maltese Lake (15min) , Citadel (25min).

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs we have a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden you can relax on the terrace and make a barbecue. There's a sandbox and a treehouse. Parking for 2 cars. WIFI available.
