We offer a fully equipped recreational property for rent, located in a semi-attached area near the small village of Zahrada, South Bohemia, near the Orlik body of water. The entire 3,000 m2 property is closed, covered, fenced and rented to only one guest on the given dates. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + an extra bed. You can sit under a large covered pergola or by the fire pit. There is a Jickovic stream in the garden and there is an opportunity to swim in its own bathing area, which is an average of 13 meters.

Chalet Šimterka is completely renovated and modernised. Immediately next to the cottage there is a swimming pool, at the bottom of the area there is a great hot tub and steam room. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2x single beds). The cottage includes two beautiful terraces.

Nabízíme ubytování na chalupě v Bechyni - Jižní Čechy. Dům se nachází v údolí říčky Smutné (asi 5 minut od centra města), v klidné části města. Chalupa má uzavřený dvůr, který je z jedné strany ohraničen skalním masivem a z druhé samotným domem (soukromí). Na dvoře se nachází pergola. Parkování je možné na vlastním pozemku přímo před domem až pro tři auta. Dům má čtyři samostatné pokoje, vstupní halu s prosklenou stěnou, výhledem na dvůr a skalní masiv. The “Bejk” houseboat anchors at the Orlka Dam under the castle of Orlik, accommodates up to 12 people (sleeps 6 adults). It is 15 meters long, therefore it has a beautiful spacious roof terrace where you can relax, grill on a gas grill or swim in the hot tub in nice weather. The boat is rented by docking (boats are not possible).
