The 40sqm large apartment with 10sqm large balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800m from the alpine Weißensee and 10km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surrounding area is therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, walking and cycling. In the basement there is a pool and sauna, which can be reached via a basement pathway. There's a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course on the outdoor area. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna are usually closed due to maintenance.

Spacious Designer House Near City Centre

Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train). Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. Very spacious, open design bungalow. Cozy living room connected with dining area and cozy tiled stove. It is possible to eat on the beautiful terrace, which is protected from the weather. The furnishings were met with e.g. electric bed, large corner tub, fitness equipment, foosball, hammock and planchagrill. Washing machine and dryer. 3 minutes walk to the nature reserve.
