Our balcony room with private shower / toilet has a size of 27 sqm. The bedroom and living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with stunning mountain views. In our separate farmhouse you can enjoy your breakfast ( photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course the apartment is lockable. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement.
