Cozy apartment near the beach!

The apartment is located in PAG, in the area called Bašaca near the sea coast and beaches, only 10 minute walk away from the city center, shops, post office, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. Only 24 km away from Novalja - ZRCE - the best 24 hour party location, and only 51km away from ZADAR, a beautiful historical city. The apartment area is 65m2 and it is intended for 4 persons (+ extra bed and children’s bed). Apartment contains: - bedroom with double bed, balcony with a sea view, table and chairs for relaxing, tv / sat, air conditioner - bedroom with 2 separate beds, a balcony with a sea view - kitchen and dining room: fully equipped with dishes, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and a dining table - a small hall; air conditioner - bathroom with toilet and a bathtub - bed linen is provided and changed once a week + towels on request - on request – extra bed or a children’s bed - a possibility of using an outdoor terrace with grill - heating in winter - parking place

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

We offer an accommodation in studio apartment for 2 persons in our family house with beautiful sea view and separate entrance. Studio apartment has large bed, small kitchen, a bathroom and small balcony. It is located 15 minutes light walk to the town center. Nearest beach is just in front of our house. Bakery and stand with fruits and vegetables are 200m from the apartment. Price includes private parking, air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.
